Recent Crafting

I got this pattern for this cute sling from a friend in my ward. I was excited to whip out my sewing machine and make something. It turns out that it was super easy. I made mine in 2 days and only during Seth's nap times.

Another friend saw my bag and wanted me to make her one for her baby shower present. I hope she likes it, because she wouldn't tell me what colors to pick for the fabric, she just said she wanted something "cute." So I hope it is cute enough for her! I really like how it turned out. I wish the pictures could show how cute both bags really are.

My next project I am going to attempt. I got really cute fabric, I am so excited to make it. I am so excited to move that I am trying to keep myself busy until it comes. Less than 2 weeks now!!! I will post the picture of the bag when I am done.

A beach day!!

On Saturday we went to the beach!! Seth has been a couple of times before, but this was the first time we put him in the sand, and ocean!! He loved it I think, seeing that he took a 3 hour nap on the beach!! I even had to wake him up.(he never takes 3 hour naps!) it was a great time, with great company! Thanks everyone for going!!! It was so much fun, What beach next Saturday???

Cousins!!

We're Moving!!!

That's right you read that right! We are moving on June 6th! We finally decided that it was time for us to move into our own place. We are moving closer to Ryan's school. I wish I could tell you all exactly where, but you know how things are these days with the Internet and all! But give me a call or something and I will give you our new address. But it is a great little place and I am so excited. We will be seeing so much more of Ryan, now that he won't have to spend almost 4 hours a day in the car in traffic. Now he can bike to school! He says that he is excited to spend that time now with more studying and hanging out with Seth and I! We are happy about that! We just want to Thank Ryan's parents for letting us live with them. They have saved us a lot of money, and we are extremely grateful for their generosity. His dad is already making plans for what they are going to do with our room! Just kidding Your going to miss us and you know it!!!! Ha Ha. Anyways I will keep you posted about the move and pictures when we get there!!!

Well I decided to try to start Seth on some rice cereal because he just wants to eat all the time! He did alright and since we first tried it about 5 days ago he is getting better and better at it. I love this little guy!

UTAH... second time around

About 2 weeks ago we returned from another trip to Utah. It was Ryan's break between trimesters so we decided to head up there again. It was a great trip. We were there for Stryder's 16 birthday (so weird that my baby brother is 16!)and Mason's baby blessing. It was a really neat thing that Ryan was able to ordain Stryder to a Priest in the Aaronic Priesthood. We had lots of fun playing with my sister Kelsey and her family. We had many days of sewing and fun activities. One day we went to Discovery Gateway (the new children's museum)and we also went to Wheeler farm! I have some way cute pictures of McKayden at the farm, but I will let Kelsey post those on her blog (hint, hint). It was a great trip and we are so excited to see everyone again at the beach!!!
